Annapurna CircuitTrek

The Annapurnas is the most popular trek in Nepal. There are many exellent tea houses, and the lake at Manang, Muktinath is an important pilgrimage place for Hindus. 

From Annapurna valley floor (below 1000m.) to the summit of Annapurna (8091m.) there is unbelievable variety of habitats. While trekking in this region you can move between the flourishing subtropics and the austere alpine climes in a matter of days, witnessing the effect of altitude, topography and climate on life.
Trekking through rhododendron forests, which bloom from red to pink to white, depending on altitude in springtime. And as trail takes you upward from the roar of the powerful river the singing of various birds and calm sounds of nature will accompany you on your way. The dry forests of blue pine will gently protect your trekking from strong winds.

We start at the foot of the mountains at Besi Sahar and reach the settlement of Manang at 3.500 m, where we us acclimatise and enjoy the view of the mountains after 6 days. We continue the climb and on the 10.Tag of our Trek we cross the Thorung La pass 5.416 m to Muktinath, a significant place of pilgrimage of Hindus and Buddhists.
From here we descend into the Kali Gandaki, with the peaks of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri on each side. On the route to Pokhara we pass through beautiful mountain villages, which lie on the ancient trade route between Tibet and India. We visit the hot springs of Tatopani and climb the POON hill above from Ghorepani, to enjoy the impressive views of the mountains. Accommodation and food are there in the teahouses. The ride according to Besi Sahar in the private bus and the Trek ends in Pokhara.
